Dry skin – is one of the most common and widely spread skin disorders. There are many factors that contribute to dry skin.

Internal factors
that may cause dry skin:

• dry skin may develop on friction or pressure-bearing areas of the skin (in sportsmen, bare-footers).

When you notice your skin becoming dry, scaly, itchy or cracked and there is no obvious reason for it, see your doctor at once, remember that the dry skin may accompany serious internal disorders.
